Rule 39U
Facilities To Be Provided To The Cooperative Farming
The
Government of Nepal may provide the necessary concession and
facilities in the recommendation of the council to the person desiring to
cooperating faming to produce the following agriculture products
pursuant to Section 51i. of the Act –
(a) Crop farming,
(b) Cash farming,
(c) Fruits (Horticulture),
(d) Herbs,
(e) Livestocks,
(f) Any other production prescribed by the council.
